Memorial Weekend means summer has officially arrived.  It’s really arrived at my house as my boys are already out of school.  I’m looking forward to enjoying a sunny weekend and grilled food.  Nothing can beat that in my book!

Prep Ahead:  Marinate the chicken and assemble kebabs in advance.  Bring to room temperature and grill!
