Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 10.15.2016
I’ve been going sports crazy this week — my L.A. Dodgers just advanced to the NLCS! I’m so excited because we’ve won the division 4 years straight and this is the first time we’ve advanced in all 4 years. I had to bore you with that bit of information because I’m ecstatic! Now that that’s off my chest, let’s talk food.
We’ve got plenty of comfort food for you this week — cheesy pasta, creamy butternut squash soup…it’s all good. I hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan, and I’ll spend the weekend on the edge of my seat watching the playoffs. I’m sure I’ll get my meal planning done in between innings some time. Have a great weekend!
