Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 10.22.2016
I’m so excited about this week’s meal plan! Not just because it’s healthy and delicious, but because I’m dying to get my eating back on track. I was out of town for a few days, and it’s amazing how only 2 days of being out of my eating routine can mess me up! I’m ready for soups, stews, and nourish bowls loaded with veggies, and comfort food that’s still full of nutrition. This week’s got it all, and I can’t wait to make it.
