Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 10.29.2016
Can you believe it’s Halloween in just a few days? I bought a big bag of candy at Costco and stashed it out of sight so that nobody would dip into it before the big day. I’ve totally done that and had to run out and buy more candy when Halloween came. That’s because I normally don’t eat candy, and the kid in me comes out when it’s around. I never said growing up was easy!
There are plenty of healthy recipes in this week’s meal plan to offset some of the candy you may be eating this week once that bag is opened. I’m going to do my best to reign in my candy-eating inner kid, and I wish you a whole lot of luck with that as well. 🙂
