Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 12.24.2016
When I posted my Top 10 Recipes of 2016 post this past Monday, I said it was going to be my last post of the year. I kinda forgot about the meal plans for the next two weeks….oops. I’ll chalk my mistake up to having holiday brain — perhaps you’ve got it too?
This week we have some great food for your New Year’s Eve planning. I love the recipes this week, because I could live on appetizers alone!

Prep Tips: You can make the entire recipe up to two days in advance and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Prep Tips: You can slice up the potatoes and yams the day before and store in ziploc bags in the fridge if desired.

Prep Tips: You can make the filling ahead of time and place in the refrigerator.
