So how’s spring treating you?  So far so good here.  Despite quite a bit of rain this week, we’ve got some nice breaks of sunshine.  I’ve just been soaking it up and can’t get enough!

It’s been a really busy week so I’m going to keep this short and to the point.  This week’s meal plan looks loaded with spring goodness and I want to make every recipe here.  I hope it has that effect on you too, and that you have a wonderful weekend!
