Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 3.4.2017
How’s March going for you so far? I’m so happy it’s here because we had a very soggy February. January and December were really soggy for that matter! We have more rain coming this weekend, but hopefully the big storms are over. I’m living for sunny spring weather these days!
I’ve got a busy weekend planned, but not busy enough to let my meal planning slide. It’s so nice to know what you’re cooking for dinner every day, not to mention staying on track at the grocery store. If I go into the store without a game plan, I buy a lot of what I don’t need and not enough of what I do need. That gets expensive and amounts to more unnecessary trips to the store. 🙁
I hope you enjoy your weekend as well as this week’s recipes!
Spaghetti Squash Lasagna from Hip Foodie Mom.
Vegetarian Tip: You can easily skip the ground turkey and cheese to make this vegetarian and vegan.
Easy Minestrone Soup from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.
One Pot 30 Minute Pasta e Fagioli from Flavor the Moments.
Prep Ahead: The entire meal comes together very quickly, but the onion, garlic, and kale may be prepped in advance to save even more time.
Sausage Feta and Almond Parsley Pesto Pasta from greens & chocolate.
Prep Ahead: The pesto can be made in advance.
Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Pasta from Spoonful of Flavor.
