This January Seasonal Produce Guide is the first installment of my new monthly series! New year, new series, right? I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a very long time, and dappled with by doing some seasonal round ups over a year and a half ago, but sadly never stuck with it.
One reason why I didn’t stick with it was because I wasn’t really sure seasonal produce guides were something that my readers wanted. We’re mid-way through our first reader survey (which is still going on now), and out of the responses I’ve seen thus far, 83% of you are interested in seasonal produce guides!

Just one note regarding this January Seasonal Produce Guide….I didn’t include every single type of produce because that could get quite lengthy. I may change that over time, and if you have any input about what you’d like to see, I’d love to hear it.
