Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Yogurt Parfaits are layers of no bake Greek yogurt cheesecake, double chocolate granola, and fresh raspberries. They're perfect for breakfast or snacks!
Serves: 4 servings
  • (2) 5.3 ounce containers Wallaby's Organic Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt (about 1 cup)
  • 4 ounces ⅓ less fat neufchatel cream cheese, softened
  • (1) 10 ounce bag Van's Simple Delicious Double Chocolate Gluten Free Granola
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  1. Place the yogurt and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl and beat together until smooth.
  2. Layer the parfaits in (4) Mason jars beginning with the granola, followed by the Greek yogurt cheesecake filling and raspberries. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use. Enjoy!
