Are you ready for the 4th? It’s hard to believe it’s almost here! I’m going to be taking a break from work this coming week for the holiday, and I’m really looking forward to spending some quality time with my family.

This is a simple dump ‘n go meal that requires no prep ahead! Serve the pulled chicken between buns with all the fixin’s (grilled pineapple is a great option).
