Hello! It’s been really hot around here, which is the only complaint I have right now. I’m loving my garden bounty, the long days, and the sunshine.
I think summer should be extended a month or two, what about you?
My kids go back to school this week, so meal planning is more important for me than ever. Sure, they’re the ones in school, but sports keep us very busy in the evenings.
I’ve lined up meals that require minimal prep to help me throughout the week. You may notice that most of these meals are for the grill because it’s just so hot out! I hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan and the rest of your weekend. 🙂
