Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 17

Hey everyone!  How’s your weekend going so far?  Hopefully it’s going exactly the way you want it.  I certainly have no complaints…I’m just out and about reveling in the last weeks of summer!

I’ll admit that I’m slowly coming to terms with the fact that fall is almost here.  As soon as my boys started school, it automatically started feeling fall-ish.  I even made chili.  And cornbread!

I’m still not baking with pumpkin or apples yet because there’s far too much delicious summer fruit around me.  This week’s meal plan still celebrates summer…I figure after Labor Day I’ll be ready to shift gears. šŸ™‚

Prep your vegetables and make the dressing in advance!
