Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 19
Here we are in September already. Normally by now I’m ready for fall and the first cans of pumpkin have been opened for baking, but that’s not the case this year.
I’m in denial that berries and cherries are really out of season even though the prices are so high to prove that it’s so. And stone fruit? I feel like I haven’t had nearly enough yet.
We’re enduring temps above 100 degrees this weekend, so I’m definitely done with the heat.

This week’s meal plan revolves around grilling because it’s still summer and it is Labor Day weekend. I hope you get your grill on and enjoy a lovely long weekend!
