Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 20
How’s September treating you? I have to confess that I feel a lot differently about fall this week than I did last week. Perhaps it’s because the weather isn’t scorching hot anymore — it even rained a little bit. Most of all, I’ve noticed that it’s getting dark a lot earlier and the leaves are beginning to turn colors.
I even opened up a can of pumpkin on Wednesday. 🙂
I’m definitely easing my way into fall, and I think this week’s meal plan does a good job of it too. There’s a lot of comfort food, which is really appealing to me right now.
I hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan and your weekend!

Prep your veggies and make the pesto in advance.
I know, right?? It seems like one day it was light until 9, and the next it gets dark before dinner. I have yet to open a can of pumpkin, but it is coming 😉
Awesome roundup! Those veggie burritos are calling my name 😉
The weather got chilly here last week and suddenly I felt more ready to accept the fact that fall is coming and sweet corn and super juicy tomatoes will be a thing of the past. While I will miss them, I’m also ready to embrace apples and butternut squash. 🙂 Your meal plans always look delicious and this week’s is no exception! Cheers, friend!
It has been getting cold around here, fall is coming! Love these meal plan choices, the egg plant with polenta is my favorite!
Thanks Mira and I can’t wait to try the polenta either!
