Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 21
How’s it going? I’ve got no complaints here. I’m at the end of one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in a while and frankly I’m glad it’s almost over. I feel like I’ve been in catch-up mode for a while and look forward to getting on top of things.
Do you find yourself playing catch-up all the time? It’s exhausting!
I haven’t been great about meal planning either and that needs to change. I’m committing to doing it this week. My life is so much easier when I have dinners, breakfast, and even snacks planned out.
This week’s meal plan is a summer-fall fusion of light and healthy meals and comfort food. I’m afraid I don’t know how to eat right now as we transition from summer to fall.
