Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 7
Hey — how’s the weekend going? Hopefully good! I’m excited that my beautiful niece just graduated high school last night and we’re going to her graduation party tonight. I truly remember holding her as a baby and now she’s an adult. Time is just flying!
I’m also excited because my tomato plants are blooming and I even see some little tomatoes coming in! I’ve got plenty of recipes in this week’s meal plan to utilize summer tomatoes, and you can customize any dish to incorporate any produce that have on hand.
