Healthy Seasonal Meal Plan Week 9


Summer has officially arrived but it feels like it’s been summer for a lot longer since my kids have almost been out of school for a month already!

How’s your summer going?  Mine is off to a good start.  I’m enjoying less hectic days and am working less since my boys are home.  I’m torn because I have so many recipes I want to share here, but I don’t want to make my life crazy and have zero time to spend with my kids.

I do love creating these meal plans, and I’ve decided for now to eliminate the breakfast and snack options.  If you really find them useful please let me know — I’d love to hear your feedback!
