Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 1.14.2017
Hello from chillier than usual California! We’ve experienced more rain in one week than we did in the entire year of 2013 (no lie), and my own backyard started looking like it was turning into a swamp. My town had a state of emergency with areas flooding out, so it has been just crazy. Now the rain is gone and we’ve got freezing cold temps (for us wusses here anyway). You’re probably buried in snow and don’t want to me hear me whining.
Us Californians, right?
All I know is this week’s meal plan looks off the hook delicious to me! So much comfort food but still healthy, which is what winter and January are all about right? I hope you enjoy it, and that you stay warm in whatever crazy weather you’re having.
