Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 1.21.2017
How’s the weekend going? So far so good here…we don’t have a whole lot planned besides our son’s basketball game and watching the NFL playoffs. I can’t believe we’re down to 2 more games before the SuperBowl. I miss football already.
We’ve got some good things in store for you in this week’s meal plan. Noodles, mac ‘n cheese, a buddha bowl, and tortilla soup — they all sound good to me! They’re all comforting, yet still healthy, and I can’t wait to try them all.
