Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 10.8.2016

How’s the weekend going?  Mine is full of household chores and sporting events….pretty typical.  My oldest has a football game and my youngest has a 2-game tournament.  I’ll be squeezing in some NFL games and MLB playoffs too, so I’ll be getting my sports fix this weekend!  I hope you have some fun plans…besides this meal plan that is. šŸ™‚

Do you find meal planning burdensome or do you look forward to it?  If you find it burdensome, please let me know if there’s anything that you think could help the process become easier — I’d love to hear your feedback.

In the mean time, have a great rest of the weekend and on to this week’s meal plan!
