Whew! I’m glad it’s the weekend because I had an insanely busy week. I had a mini Thanksgiving since I made this Dry Brined Orange Rosemary Roasted Turkey which was a considerable amount of work. It was fun though, and it takes some pressure off of me for Thanksgiving since I have my turkey stock made for my gravy and I know exactly how I’m going to cook my turkey.
