Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 12.10.2016
The holiday season is in full swing around here…we’re doing our shopping, baking, and I hosted a holiday dinner this past week. My One Pot Creamy Sausage Roasted Red Pepper Pasta was on the menu, and it was a hit! It’s on my Christmas menu as well because it’s so festive and it’s beyond easy. I quadrupled the batch in two pots and worked like a charm. It’s in this week’s meal plan and I hope you get to try it during the week or as a holiday main dish!
The other dishes in this week’s meal plan all look so comforting and flavorful, and they’re quite festive too! I want to get to them all this week — I think my family will love them.
