I’m really excited that tomorrow is Daylight Savings Time. Losing an hour is tough, but knowing that it’s going to stay light later makes it all worthwhile. The weather has been gorgeous here too, and I’ve been grilling, wearing flip flops, capri pants and t-shirts. I’m lovin’ it!
I’m also excited for St. Patrick’s Day, and you get a special corned beef recipe this week because of that. The other recipes all look so delicious, and are great ways to incorporate spring produce into your meals. I hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan and your weekend!
