Healthy Weekly Meal Plan 8.27.2016
About a month ago I vowed to commit to this meal planning thing, and I have. It’s completely changed my life too! That may sound a bit dramatic, but it’s true. My meals are planned out all the way from breakfast to dinner, including snacks, and it feels so good. I’m minimizing my trips to the store, which means I’m saving money. I don’t know about you, but every time I go to the store I tell myself I need more than what’s on my list, and that definitely adds up. There’s no looking back….meal planning for me is here to stay!

Baked Salmon Salad with Roasted Potatoes from Hip Foodie Mom.
Prep Ahead: This is one of my favorite salads! The salmon is optional if you don’t eat fish but I highly recommend making it!
