I’m a little late getting this March Seasonal Produce Guide to you…please forgive me.  Life has been a bit hectic the past few weeks, so I’m playing catch up.  The important thing is that there are a few more weeks left this month to gather up your produce and make some (or all!) of the delicious recipes below.

Spring is on the horizon, which has already brought plenty of local asparagus, peas, and artichokes to the markets here in CA.  I’ve used them both a lot lately!  I know not all of you have access to some of this produce yet, but when you do, you’ll be ready to rock with a variety of great recipes.
