Combine the seasonings in a small bowl.
Brush the chicken evenly with oil on all sides.

Cook at 380 degrees for 8 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until 160 degrees.
Brush the chicken with bbq sauce on both sides.
Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
