or sub with your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk

Instructions
Place the ingredients into a high powered blender in the order listed.
Secure the lid and blend until smooth, adding more liquid as necessary to reach the desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you'd like to use fresh pineapple, just add about 1/2 - 1 cup of ice to make your smoothie frosty! If using a Vitamix, add the ice last.
