plain Greek yogurt

frozen ripe bananas
cut into chunks

vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use banana that are ripe but still firm. Overly brown bananas will produce a brown smoothie.
To freeze bananas, cut into 1" slices and store in a zip top bag or Stasher in a single layer in the freezer for up to 3 months.
For a dairy free, vegan banana smoothie, use nondairy milk and yogurt.
Change up this recipe by adding cocoa powder, nut butter or berries!
