3-Ingredient Pineapple Cherry Smoothie is a 100% all fruit smoothie with no added sugar.  It's refreshing and delicious, and takes minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pitted cherries or sub with frozen cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple or sub with fresh; see notes for liquid adjustment
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pro tip:  If all of your fruit is frozen, you'll need another 1/2 cup of liquid.  You can use more orange juice, or if you'd like to keep sugar to a minimum, use water or coconut water.  If all of your fruit is fresh, you'll need to use at least another 1/2 cup of ice.
  • If using fresh fruit, you may prep it up to a few days in advance and store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to make this cherry smoothie recipe.
