Fresh pomegranate arils, sliced lime and mint, for garnish

Instructions
Place the fruit juice, juice of 1/2 lime, vodka and herb sprig into a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the mixture 7-8 times. Add ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously to combine.
Pour the vodka mixture in a glass with ice and add the sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh fruit and herbs if desired. Cheers!

: Squeeze fruit juices and prep fruit and herbs in advance when serving a crowd!
