Italian Tricolore Salad is a delicious blend of arugula, radicchio, belgian endive and shaved parmesan cheese. It's tossed in a tangy red wine vinaigrette and it's so easy to make!
Place the arugula, radicchio, endive and shaved parmesan in a large bowl.
4 cups arugula, 1/2 head radicchio, 1 belgian endive, 1/3 cup shaved parmesan
Add enough red wine vinaigrette (you won't need it all) and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Pro tip: Prep the radicchio, endive and dressing up to a few days in advance to make assembly a breeze!
