Chai Spiced Chia Overnight Oats

Chai Spiced Chia Overnight Oats are creamy overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds, and plenty of warm chai spice flavor!  They're dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan, and are the perfect grab-n-go breakfast!

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats*
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons homemade chai spice mix
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • optional toppings: dried fruit bananas, sliced almonds


  • Place the oats, chia seeds, spices, and brown sugar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the almond milk and stir until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  • Enjoy for breakfast with the optional toppings or simply as-is!


*Be sure to use 100% certified gluten-free oats to make this a gluten-free breakfast.
