Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  • Place all spices in a small bowl and whisk until combined and clumps are broken up.
  • Place in an airtight jar and use all season long!

Notes

  • Pro tip: Make this recipe your own by changing up the ratio of spices or by adding your favorite spices such as cardamom, mace or even chai spice mix.
  • Pumpkin pie spice will keep for up to 3 months in an air tight container at room temperature in a cool, dark place.
  • If this recipe yields more pumpkin pie spice than you think you'll need, simply halve the recipe.
