Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 large frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon key lime or lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk refrigerated or canned (full fat or light)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and place the lid on tightly.
  • Bland until smooth and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Pro tip: Frozen fruit is used to achieve a thick, creamy texture that's ice cold and frosty. If using fresh fruit, add up to a cup or more of ice.
  • The fruit may be substituted with your favorite tropical fruits such as papaya, guava, dragon fruit, passion fruit, lychee or whatever you have on hand.
  • Substitute the Greek yogurt with your favorite plant based yogurt to make this tropical smoothie recipe vegan and dairy free.
