  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks frozen
  • 1 large banana frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon key lime or lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt


  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and place the lid on tightly.
  • Mix until smooth, serve and enjoy!


  • Total time above includes cutting fresh pineapple and mango, and does not include the freezing time for the fruit.
  • Fresh fruit may be used, just add a cup or more of ice to make the smoothie frosty.
  • Substitute the Greek yogurt with your favorite plant based yogurt to make this tropical smoothie recipe vegan and dairy free.
