Grilled Fig, Bacon and Arugula Flatbread Pizza

Grilled Fig, Bacon and Arugula Flatbread Pizza is a sweet and savory fig pizza with salty bacon, mozzarella, fresh arugula and balsamic glaze.  It's ready in minutes!

  • 2 whole grain naan flatbread such as Stonefire brand
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 large fresh figs stemmed and sliced crosswise
  • 2 slices cooked and crumbled thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup fresh arugula


  • Preheat the grill to medium  heat.
  • Divide the cheese, fig slices and crumbled bacon between each flatbread.  Grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bottom is crisp.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with the fresh arugula.  Slice, serve, and enjoy!


  • If fresh figs aren't available, try reconstituted dried figs.
  • The flatbread may easily be made in the oven following the package instructions.
