3-Ingredient Cherry Pineapple Smoothie is a 100% all fruit smoothie with no added sugar.  It tastes just like a Big Stick Popsicle! {GF, DF, V}

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pitted cherries*
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!


  • *If all of your fruit is frozen, you'll need another 1/2 cup of liquid.  You can use more orange juice, or if you'd like to keep sugar to a minimum, use water or coconut water.
  • If all of your fruit is fresh, you'll need to use at least another 1/2 cup of ice.
