Air Fryer Hamburgers are crisp, juicy and ready in about 10 minutes! They're perfect served with your favorite condiments and buns, or serve in lettuce wraps for a low carb dinner!
Divide the ground beef into (4) equal pieces and form into patties about 3" across and 1/2" thick. Press your thumb into the center (this will help the patties hold their shape), then season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the burgers in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook at 360 degrees for 4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the center registers 140-150 degrees for medium well doneness.
Remove the burgers from the air fryer basket and serve with your favorite condiments, lettuce wraps or buns. Enjoy!
Notes
Pro tip: All air fryers vary, so be sure to check for doneness after 4-5 minutes to make sure that your burgers don't overcook.
For medium rare burgers, aim for an internal temperature of 130-140 degrees.
Grass fed beef has great flavor, so I season these air fryer hamburgers simply with salt and pepper. Feel free to change things up with your favorite seasonings!
Serve with your favorite condiments, buns, or lettuce wraps for a delicious low carb option.
Frozen hamburgers may be used as well -- just increase the cooking time around 5 minutes or so and cook until a thermometer inserted into the middle registers 160 degrees.
