Pro tip: Antipasto skewers may be assembled up to a day in advance.
For best results, drizzle dressing over the skewers a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Customize your skewers with your favorite ingredients with your favorite fresh veggies, cheese tortellini, sun dried or roasted tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, Italian pickled vegetables (giardiniera) or marinated mozzarella balls.
Store leftover Italian antipasto skewers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Make an antipasto wreath: Place each skewer on a round white plate in a circular pattern in 1-2 layers. Place rosemary sprigs between skewers and drizzle them with dressing.
