Transfer to an air tight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Notes
Pro tip: For a finer texture, pulse the seasoning in a spice grinder, small food processor, or crush it with a mortar and pestle until it reaches your desired consistency. This helps it blend more smoothly into dips and dressings.
Use 1–2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat, or adjust to taste for vegetables, dips, and dressings.
This recipe yields about 6 tablespoons, which is equal to roughly 2–3 store-bought ranch seasoning packets.
Adjust the salt depending on how you plan to use the seasoning, especially if seasoning proteins that are already salted.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. For best flavor, use within 3–4 months.
