These Ranch Roasted Potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tossed in flavorful homemade ranch seasoning. It's a quick and easy side dish that takes 10 minutes to prep!
1.5lbs. baby gold potatoeshalved or quartered; see note 3
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the oil, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir to combine.
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil, 1.5 tablespoons ranch seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place the potatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet and toss with the ranch seasoning mixture until well coated. If you prefer, toss the the potatoes with the mixture in a bowl instead of on the baking sheet. Spread the potatoes into an even layer and place cut-side down for maximum browning and crispness.

Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven, taste and sprinkle with more seasoning or salt or pepper as desired. Enjoy!
Notes
Pro tip: Add an additional 1/2 tablespoon ranch seasoning as desired, or sprinkle extra seasoning over the top after roasting.
The sodium in the ranch seasoning recipe is minimal, so start with an additional 1/2 teaspoon and go from there. Also, the amount of sodium listed in the recipe card is not accurate as it is basing the sodium content off of packaged ranch seasoning.
Baby gold potatoes may be swapped out with your favorite potatoes such as red potatoes, fingerlings or russets. Just be sure to cut them in uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
Store for up to 4 days in the refrigerator and crisp up leftovers in a 400 degree oven or the air fryer as desired.
