  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple


  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • If you're dairy intolerant or following a vegan diet, substitute the Greek yogurt with dairy free yogurt and add a scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder for added protein.
