substitute with vegan mayo or Greek yogurt if desired

Notes
Pro tip
: Avocado oil mayo is the healthiest choice, but you can use whatever type you have on hand. Classic or vegan mayo both work perfectly!
Make this a no mayo coleslaw dressing by substituting the mayo with Greek yogurt.
This dressing can easily be changed up by adding poppy seeds, celery seeds, curry powder or herbs!
