fresh raspberries

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar

pure maple syrup

dijon mustard

fresh lemon juice

kosher salt
plus more to taste

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Strain the dressing through a mesh strainer to remove the seeds, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Dressing may be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Frozen raspberries may be substituted for fresh, just thaw well and blot dry of excess moisture.
