Air Fryer Pork Chops are crisp, juicy and packed with flavor! There's no breading so they're naturally gluten-free, and they're ready in about 15 minutes!
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the pork chops registers 145 degrees, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and enjoy!
Notes
Pro tip: Make sure the pork chops are the same thickness for even cooking. I prefer to use chops that are 1.5" thick as they get nice and crispy because they take longer to cook.
All air fryers vary well, so treat the cooking time listed as a guide. Be sure to check the pork chops for doneness with a meat thermometer halfway through cooking time just to be sure things are on track.
Once the chops are coated with olive oil and seasoning, allow them to stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes to one hour for maximum flavor and to ensure even cooking.
