Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is crisp, tender and the easiest way to make corn on the cob! It takes just one ingredient and it's ready in about 8 minutes!
Shuck the corn and remove the silks. Trim the ends and cut in half. Coat with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
2 ears corn, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, to taste
Place the (4) cobs into the air fryer basket. Cook at 370 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until tender, flipping once after about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately or cut the kernels from the cob and enjoy in your favorite corn recipes!

Pro tip: Shuck your corn in advance to make this recipe go even more quickly, or use pre-shucked or even frozen corn on the cob! Frozen corn will take an additional 2 minutes or so to cook.
The cooking time for air fryer corn on the cob depends on the size of the ears of corn. Large takes about 12 minutes, and smaller takes about 8 minutes. If using frozen corn, add about 2 minutes of cooking time.
Change things up by adding your favorite seasoning. Smoked paprika is wonderful, and homemade blackened seasoning will add a great spicy flavor!
Store leftover corn in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
