  • 1 cup milk use your favorite!
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt 3/4 - 1 cup
  • 2 large frozen ripe bananas cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Place the milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

  • For best results, use banana that are ripe but still firm.  Overly brown bananas will produce a brown smoothie.
  • To freeze bananas, cut into 1" slices and store in a zip top bag or Stasher in a single layer in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • For a dairy free, vegan banana smoothie, use nondairy milk and yogurt.
  • Change up this recipe by adding cocoa powder, nut butter or berries!
