walnut pieces
sub with almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, or pepitas

spring mix lettuce
sub with spinach, arugula or kale

Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
sub with your favorite store bought dressing
Instructions
Toast the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant, about 8-10 minutes, stirring often.

Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Toss gently with enough dressing to coat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
