This Tomato Peach Burrata Salad is juicy heirloom tomatoes, ripe peaches and creamy burrata layered with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. It's an easy no lettuce salad that's perfect for entertaining or weeknight dinners!

1/2cupcherry tomatoeshalved
1/3cupfreshly chopped basil
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oiladd more as needed
balsamic glazefor drizzling
salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
If the heirloom tomatoes are extremely juicy, place them on a couple layers of paper towels and blot the tops dry gently.
3 large heirloom tomatoes
Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes and peaches on a large serving platter, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
2 large peaches
Gently pat the burrata dry with paper towels, then break into pieces. Place the burrata evenly over the top of the tomatoes and peaches, then top with cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
8 ounces burrata cheese, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/3 cup freshly chopped basil
Finish the salad by drizzling the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
Pro tip: If your tomatoes are especially juicy, lightly pat them dry with paper towels before assembling the salad.
Use ripe peaches that are still slightly firm so they hold their shape.
Burrata is best served at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator about 20-30 minutes before serving.
Assemble the salad just before serving for the freshest flavor and texture.
