Instructions
Place the softened goat cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl and whip until light. Add the honey, chopped thyme, and pinch of salt, and beat until combined.
Garnish with thyme leaves and a drizzle of honey if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
The whipped goat cheese may be made 1-2 days in advance. Simply soften at room temperature prior to serving.
