This Romaine Wedge Salad is crisp, refreshing and topped with crumbled bacon, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes and green goddess dressing. It's so easy and is always a crowd pleaser!
Line a plate with paper towels. Place the bacon in the paper towels and blot to remove excess grease, then chop or crumble it when it's cool enough to handle.
6 slices bacon
Place the halved romaine hearts on a platter. Drizzle each with dressing, then top with the blue cheese, bacon and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a bit more dressing, then season with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with the chopped chives. Serve immediately and enjoy!
3 romaine hearts, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, green goddess dressing, 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
